PALT and PAC 2025 International Conference

Registration

The Philippine Association for Language Teaching, Inc. (PALT) celebrates its 65th foundation year with an international conference with the theme,  “Upskilling and Upscaling: Moving up with the 8Ms of Language Teaching.” This year’s international conference aims to gather experts, researchers, teachers, students, and other professionals for three days of professional exchanges. 

 

Please read the instructions on this page very carefully to ensure a smooth registration process. There are different registration forms for presenters, non-presenter conference participants, early bird participants, and PALT members. Finally, please take note that the registration fee does not include your meals during the conference. Restaurants and food establishments abound around the campus of the University of Santo Tomas, and these offer a great selection of food choices for you.  


Step 1: Identification of Registration Type

Check the table of fees below based on your registration status 

Local Participants*

  • Regular Rate for Non-PALT Members (starting October 16, 2025)- P4,800

  • Regular Rate for PALT Members- P4,500

  • Early Bird Rate/Presenters Rate (until October 15, 2025)- P4,500**

 

* Local participants are individuals whose institutional affiliation at the time of the registration is in the Philippines, regardless of citizenship.
**The deadline for the early bird rate and presenters’ rate is October 15, 2025. Regular rates apply starting October 16, 2025. 

 

International Participants***

  • Regular Rate for International Participants - US$100

***International participants are individuals whose institutional affiliation is outside the Philippines, regardless of citizenship. 

 

Step 2: Payment

Before completing the registration form for your type of participant, ensure that you have already paid the registration fee for your participant classification. If you have already paid but for any reason fail to attend the conference, no request for refunds will be entertained. Additionally, no requests for refunds will be entertained if the payer commits an error in encoding information or details which results in the failure of payment to be received by the organization.

    4. Send Receipt To: Use the e-mail you used to register for the 2025 PALT International Conference.
